This is related to the Microsoft Silverlight application which enables subscribers to watch Netflix movies on their computers. It occurs when trying to load SL 2.0 final app with 2.0 beta 1 installed.

If using Explorer 8, try switching to Google Chrome. Another suggestion is to change version parameters on 2 Beta 1 and 2 Beta 2 from 2.0.30226 and 2.0.30523 to 2.0.21005.
