Description

This error code may occur when synchronizing your BlackBerry with Outlook.

Solution

If you receive this error message on the calendar synchronization, first, delete the Intellisync folder, and then resynchronize. This will rebuild the folder and correct the error. It may be difficult to find this folder, it is typically located under Users/(your user name)/AppData/Roaming/Research in Motion/BlackBerry/. It is possible that the folder may be hidden. Change your settings to show all files. Do this by going to “Organize” in the left hand corner, and click “Folder and Search Options”. Click the “View” tab, and then select “Show hidden files and folders”. Then, click “Save”. Afterwards, you should be able to see all files and folders that had previously been hidden. , and then search for it, delete it, and resynchronize. After resynchronizing, you will have to reconfigure your settings. Using the Desktop manager, click on the Configuration Tab, click on “Configure Synch”, and then select the items you wish to synchronize with your BlackBerry.
