The problem is because one or more of your contacts is missing information, or may have an invalid character in the First, Last, or Company Name fields. It could also be caused as a result of the Attendee status field not being able to be read in a calendar item on Outlook. Finally, it could also be the result of tasks being edited in Outlook, and changes accepted during the synchronization process.
To fix this problem, perform an update to run the latest version of BlackBerry Desktop Manager 5.0.1.
