About the Error
There are several different possible causes for this error. This error may occur within the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) server. This may sometimes occur when virus definitions are being updated, and the system will not allow the update. You may also see the error after attempting to log into the Policy Manager Console.
